Diphtheria/Tetanus and Polio booster and MMR2
Dear Parents,
We have been asked by several GP surgeries to advise parents of all age 14 plus children that they are now due to receive a Diphtheria/Tetanus and Polio booster and MMR2 if they have not recently had them.
If you have not already done so, please contact you local GP sugery to book an appointment with the Pratice Nurse for the relevant immunisations.
