We continue to develop the buildings and grounds on our campus to provide an inspiring learning atmosphere for pupils and a professional working environment for the teaching and support staff. Housed mainly in curricular facilities, the suites of traditional classrooms are enhanced by extensive specialist rooms. We have nine science laboratories, language rooms, a theatre and dance studio. We have two music rooms and practice areas with a large sports hall and recently opened new changing and storage facilities. Central to the campus in the main building is our extended Learning resource Centre staffed by a full time librarian and the latest high-tech resource booking system.

Due to expansion in recent years, we have added extra Maths and English rooms, a new Performing Arts Studio and four ICT suites with additional 'satellite' computers around the school - all with broadband internet access. Our Design Technology and Art rooms are sited together in an impressive suite, and this area is scheduled for refurbishment.

To recognise the new century, NVQ pupils designed and created the Millennium Garden at the front of the school. South of the building there are tennis courts, sports fields and hard court facilities.
